1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and obtaining a KSFDC ID on the Kerala State Film Development Corporation Identity Provider (IDP) portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your KSFDC ID serves as your unique digital identifier across all connected KSFDC services.

2. Identity Verification and Usage

You acknowledge that the information provided during registration for your KSFDC ID is accurate, current, and complete. KSFDC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your ID if any information provided proves to be false or misleading.

  • Your KSFDC ID is non-transferable.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must immediately notify KSFDC of any unauthorized use of your ID or any other breach of security.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

As part of managing your KSFDC ID, we collect and process certain personal data. Our privacy practices are designed to protect your information and comply with applicable data protection laws. Your data will strictly be used for identification and provisioning access to appropriate KSFDC services.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KSFDC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the KSFDC IDP portal, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
